DEGREASING STAGE

Stage in which the material is sprayed with a degreasing solution of adequate temperature to remove oils, grease and lubricants.

PHOSPHATE STAGE

A stage where the material is sprayed with a solution at a temperature where the material is deoxidized and phosphated, causing a layer of amorphous phosphate to be deposited on the material. Depending on the type of surface, morphology, composition of the substrate to be treated, layer weights ranging from (milligrams) to (grams) per square meter can be deposited.

MAINS WATER WASHING STAGE

Stage where the material is sprayed with a solution of mains water. The material is washed to remove the remains that the surface has retained from the previous stages.

OSMOSIS WATER STAGE

A stage in which the material is sprayed with a solution of osmosis water to eliminate as much as possible the salts dissolved in the solution and therefore eliminate from the surface of the material traces of the salts that are harmful for subsequent lacquering.

PASSIVATION STAGE

Stage where the material is sprayed with a solution of BULCOAT 2020 product, which is free of chromic salts and phosphates that produces a colourless conversion layer on metallic substrate, steels, zinc alloys, ensuring a perfect adherence of the paint.
